From 2014 on EU citizens can buy building-land !

Foreign EU citizens are able to purchase Bulgarian land from January 2014 on. The grace period Bulgaria was granted by the European Union to lift this restriction is experied at the end of 2013. Since 2014 anyone wishing to buy  land will be able to do it on equal terms as Bulgarians. Till 2013 it was possible only if the foreigner incorporates a Bulgarian company and then purchases the land in the name of the company. That means that now is the right moment to buy land in Bulgaria before all is sold!
